But when I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder, I realized something had to change. Pushing through wasn’t strength—it was survival mode, and it was wearing me down. So, I did the hard work to rewrite my own story, breaking free from the superwoman complex and finding balance in my life.
Now, I’m here to help you do the same.
